FOR BUYERS & RECEIVING BUSINESSES

Receiving requirements for solar material buyers.

Tell Xpogen what material you can accept, where it would go and how it would be used. Requirements are reviewed through private, managed follow-up.

Describe what your business can receive.

A useful requirement identifies the material and the receiving operation together. Interest in solar panel scrap alone does not establish that a facility can accept a particular lot.

Material and acceptance limits

  • Whole modules, loose cells or specific components.
  • Technology types you can consider and any excluded types.
  • Acceptable damage, mixed stock, missing parts and unknown condition.
  • Inspection or test evidence you need before deciding.

Quantity and destination

  • A practical quantity range and whether demand is one-off or recurring.
  • Receiving facility, location and available capacity.
  • Timing and collection areas you can consider.
  • Intended activity: recycling, refurbishment or assessment for reuse.

If you act as an intermediary, explain your role and the intended receiving facility. A change in material, destination or intended use may require the requirement to be reviewed again.

Eligibility is specific to the proposed route.

During follow-up, Xpogen asks for relevant registration, authorisation or other eligibility records for the receiving business, material and activity. The name, site, scope and validity of available evidence need to be considered together. A document’s presence alone is not approval.

Do not upload licences or identity documents through the first enquiry form. Start with your name, contact number, location, material requirement and approximate quantity. The team can clarify which records are needed for the proposed opportunity.

Xpogen’s review does not certify regulatory compliance or panel functionality. Reuse, refurbishment and waste receiving routes require their own appropriate checks.

Make acceptance and commercial terms explicit.

  • What material and estimated quantity the offer covers, including known exclusions.
  • Who inspects it, when acceptance is confirmed, and how differences in condition or quantity are handled.
  • Price or charges, measurement method and payment arrangements between the parties.
  • Packing, loading, transport, destination and the records needed at handover.

Sharing a requirement does not reserve material, guarantee supply or grant automatic access to offers. Where a suitable opportunity can be considered, Xpogen coordinates private follow-up. The parties remain responsible for their contracts, payments and agreed handling arrangements.

Send a receiving requirement.

Choose “I need material” on the enquiry form. No account is needed for the first conversation. Xpogen does not hold inventory or buyer–seller funds, provide escrow, or issue recycling or EPR certificates.
