BEFORE ANY COMMITMENT
What submitting an enquiry means, and the responsibilities that remain with the parties.
This website lets you tell Xpogen about solar material you have or need. Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, make or accept an offer, reserve material, confirm a collection or authorise a payment.
Xpogen provides neutral coordination between material owners and potential receiving businesses. We help organise information, follow-up and possible next steps. Xpogen does not take ownership or title to the material, hold buyer–seller payments or provide escrow.
Xpogen does not operate as a recycler through this service and does not issue recycling or EPR certificates.
Give accurate information and explain whether you own the material or have permission to act for its owner. Ownership or authority, material status and the receiving business’s eligibility must be verified for the proposed transfer before proceeding.
A document review or an introduction by Xpogen is not legal clearance, certification or a guarantee that panels work. Untested or damaged material must not be treated as technically functional simply because an enquiry or review has been recorded.
Buyer and seller must agree separate written terms before committing. These should address the material, inspection, price or charges, collection, transport, payment and required records. Any Xpogen fees must also be explained and agreed before commitment.
An enquiry does not guarantee a buyer, a purchase price, free collection or acceptance from every location in India. Suitability and arrangements depend on the material, receiving party and circumstances of each enquiry.
