Our role
Xpogen coordinates sourcing and recovery routes. We are not a registered recycler and do not issue recycling or EPR certificates.
The receiving facility, its relevant registration and required records are checked before a waste transfer is agreed. Owners and authorised representatives are welcome; intermediaries should disclose their role.

A few useful answers
Before you enquire.
Will you buy the panels or charge for collection?
It depends on condition, quantity, location and the receiving route. Some lots have payable value; others involve charges or are not viable. We confirm terms before any commitment.
Can an EPC or O&M team enquire?
Yes. Tell us who owns the panels and who approves disposal. Ownership and your authority must be confirmed before a transaction.
Do you accept small lots or future disposals?
Share your best estimate and expected month. Collection depends on location, transport economics and facility acceptance; no minimum or nationwide collection is promised.
What happens before dispatch?
Agree the receiving party, relevant registration, measured quantity, loading, transport, settlement and required records in writing. Processing documents must come from the responsible receiving facility.
Does Xpogen operate a recycling plant?
No. Xpogen currently provides sourcing and coordination. Our proposed recycling plant remains a future project.
