Our role, clearly stated
Xpogen is a sourcing and coordination intermediary. We are not a registered recycler and do not issue recycling or EPR certificates.
For waste lots, the proposed receiving recycler, its relevant registration and the required records must be checked before a transfer is agreed. Collection and processing are subject to that facility’s acceptance.

After the first conversation, useful photos include the overall lot, a representative module label and visible damage. Leave confidential documents out of initial enquiries.

- Distinguish intact, damaged and uncertain stock in your inventory
- Identify the owner’s authorised decision maker
- Note access, loading and storage constraints
- Agree a receiving route before dispatch
Tell us what is confirmed and what may change. Do not assume a working-looking module is suitable for resale without a separate assessment.

Compare the total amount payable or receivable on the same basis. Confirm these points in writing before dispatch; an enquiry is not a collection commitment.

Do I need an exact panel count or full specification?
No. Start with your best estimate, location and broad condition. If the lot looks suitable, we can ask for photos, module labels and a more detailed inventory.
Can I enquire on behalf of the panel owner?
Yes. O&M teams, EPC contractors and authorised disposal representatives are welcome. Tell us your relationship to the owner. Ownership and authority to dispose must be verified before a transaction.
Can I register panels that are not available yet?
Yes. Include the expected month, approximate quantity and the reason for replacement in the notes. We can discuss the requirements before the lot becomes available.
Is there a minimum quantity or guaranteed collection area?
Viability depends on location, quantity, condition and transport costs. Share your details, including smaller lots. We will confirm whether a suitable route is available rather than promise collection everywhere.
Who arranges transport, and who pays?
Loading, packing, transport, any charges and the settlement process are agreed for the specific lot before dispatch. Do not assume these are included until confirmed in writing.
What documentation should we agree?
Agree the receiving party, relevant registration, dispatch and receipt records, measured quantity and commercial documents before movement. Any processing documentation must come from the responsible receiving facility. Requirements depend on the material and transaction.
Is Xpogen operating a recycling plant?
No. This service is for sourcing and coordination. Our proposed recycling plant is a future project and is not represented here as an operating facility.
