Whole solar modules
Say whether the lot contains intact, cracked, broken or mixed-condition panels. Distinguish “removed while working” from current test evidence, and identify modules that have not been tested.
MATERIAL OVERVIEW
A practical guide for owners and receiving businesses discussing damaged, removed or other solar material. Each enquiry needs its own review.
Owners and authorised teams can ask about damaged or failed solar panels, modules removed during replacement or decommissioning, manufacturing rejects and warranty returns. The source, authority to release the material and possible receiving route need review in each case.
Say whether the lot contains intact, cracked, broken or mixed-condition panels. Distinguish “removed while working” from current test evidence, and identify modules that have not been tested.
Describe loose cells, frames, cables, junction boxes or other material separately from whole modules. Include the known source and whether different materials are mixed. Listing a component here does not confirm acceptance.
Where known, identify crystalline-silicon or thin-film technology from available records or labels. If the type cannot be established, mark it unknown. Different technologies and material forms may need different receiving arrangements.
Use existing photos of the overall lot, labels and visible damage. Do not move, disconnect or handle damaged panels just to take pictures. Supporting records can be discussed after the initial enquiry.
“Scrap”, “used” and “reusable” do not settle legal status, safety or performance. A proposed reuse route needs its own assessment; a waste route needs checks relevant to the material, receiving business and destination. Unknowns should remain visible rather than being replaced with an assumed classification.
This page does not show available stock or confirm a price, buyer, collection or receiving-facility acceptance. Xpogen does not buy or hold inventory. Any possible offer follows review and separately agreed terms.
Share your location and approximate amount through the enquiry form. Buyers can first review the information needed for a receiving requirement.
